摘要
对CLAM钢进行电子束焊接后,对接头部位进行回火和调质处理,利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察热处理前后的焊缝组织,同时对焊缝进行室温冲击实验。结果表明,电子束焊接后,CLAM钢焊态焊缝的微观组织主要有δ铁素体和板条马氏体,冲击韧度较低。经回火处理后,板条马氏体转化为回火马氏体,δ铁素体被保留。经调质处理后δ铁素体完全消失,冲击韧度得到改善。
The microstructure and impact toughness of CLAM steel electron beam welding joint after tempering and thermal refining were studied by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that, after electron beam welding, the main microstructure of CLAM steel welding joint is 8 ferrite and lath martensite, and the impact toughness is lower. After tempering, the lath martensite translates into tempered martensite, and the 8 ferrite is retained. After thermal refining, 8 ferrite disappears entirely and impact toughness improves significantly.
