变截面波纹板冷弯成形过程的有限元模拟研究

Research on cold bending process for variable cross-section corrugated plate by finite element simulation

摘要 以变截面波纹板为研究对象,利用有限元软件模拟研究了其冷弯成形过程,分析了冷弯成形过程中的等效应力、等效应变分布和应力-应变历程曲线。将顶板分为平板段、过渡段、波纹段3部分,对比分析了各部分典型节点的应力、应变及位移曲线。探讨了波纹板平板段起皱缺陷的产生原因以及工艺参数对起皱缺陷的影响规律。结果表明:在冷弯成形过程中,弯角处及其附近区域的等效应力、等效应变值明显高于其他区域,应重视弯角区域的成形;由于板材的横向金属流动在波纹板波纹段与平板段分布不同,平板段会产生起皱缺陷,起皱缺陷大小主要与过渡段长度有关。该研究可为变截面波纹板冷弯成形的大规模生产提供理论依据。 For the variable cross-section corrugated plate,the cold bending process was studied by finite element simulation software,and the equivalent stress and equivalent strain distribution and the stress-strain history curves during the cold bending process were analyzed.Then,the top sheet was divided into three parts of flat section,transition section and corrugated section.And the stress,strain and displacement curves of typical nodes in each part were compared and analyzed.Furthermore,the causes of wrinkle defects in the flat section of corrugated plate and the influences of process parameters on the wrinkle defect area discussed.The results show that during the cold bending process,the equivalent stress and equivalent strain values at the corner area and its vicinity are significantly higher than those in other areas,and the forming of corner area should be paid attention to.Due to the different distribution of the lateral metal flow of plate in the corrugate section and the flat section of corrugated sheet,the wrinkle defect occurs in the flat section,and the size of wrinkle defect is mainly related to the length of transition section.Thus,this study provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale production of cold bending for variable cross-section corrugated plate.
