基于多项式拟合曲线的数字射线测厚方法

摘要 针对非接触式材料测厚,提出了一种基于数字射线成像的测厚方法。分析了数字射线成像的技术原理,确定了图像灰度与材料厚度的关系,并采用多项式拟合灰度与厚度的函数关系。利用待测工件图像的灰度逆向求解该拟合函数,得到待测厚度值,最终实现材料的非接触式测厚。通过制作已知不同厚度的阶梯试块,并采用该方法对待测样件进行测厚验证。结果表明,该方法可有效测量样件厚度,测厚结果精度较高,操作便捷,实现了非接触式测厚。 A thickness measurement method based on digital radiographic imaging was proposed for non-contact material thickness measurement.The technical principle of digital radiography was analyzed,and the relationship between image grayscale and material thickness was determined.A polynomial was used to fit the functional relationship between grayscale and thickness.By using the grayscale values of the image of the workpiece to be tested,the fitting function was solved in reverse to obtain the thickness value to be tested,ultimately achieving non-contact thickness measurement of the material.Test blocks with different thickness steps were made and this method was used to verify the thickness of the sample to be tested.The results show that this method can effectively measure the thickness of the sample,with high accuracy and convenient operation,achieving non-contact thickness measurement.
