摘要
以山西省某装配式钢结构公共建筑工程为例,设计以多模态融合检测与智能判读模型为核心的无损检测系统。基于超声相控阵、数字射线成像与磁粉检测等技术构建出数据采集、特征融合及智能判读的系统架构,可对隐蔽焊缝、厚板坡口与空间受限区域进行差异化检测。经工程应用表明,该系统对Ⅱ级焊缝检测覆盖率达到100%,质量事故率<0.3‰,检测周期缩短了23.8%,图像识别精度达94%以上。
Taking a prefabricated steel structure public construction project in Shanxi Province as a case study,this research designed a non-destructive testing system centered on a multimodal fusion detection and intelligent interpretation model.The system architecture,constructed based on technologies such as ultrasonic phased array,digital radiography imaging,and magnetic particle testing,facilitates data acquisition,feature fusion,and intelligent interpretation.This enables differentiated inspection of concealed welds,thick plate grooves,and spatially restricted areas.Engineering applications demonstrate that the system achieves 100% coverage rate for Grade II weld inspection,maintains a quality accident rate below 0.3‰,reduces the inspection cycle by 23.8% ,and achieves image recognition accuracy exceeding 94%.
