摘要
以小径管自动焊接为研究对象,对焊接过程中常见的咬边进行分析。根据自动焊接咬边的成因,采用数字射线成像技术,对焊接缺陷进行更精细地观察。结果表明,该方法能够有效识别焊接咬边。
Taking automatic welding of small-diameter pipes as the research object,common undercutting during the welding process were analyzed.Based on the causes of automatic welding undercutting,digital radiographic imaging technology was used to observe welding defects more finely.The results indicate that this method can effectively identify welding undercutting.
