摘要
行业产教融合共同体是系统推进教育、科技、人才一体化发展的重大创新举措,其产教对接的目标是实现教育与产业互补互融、共生共长、双向赋能。本文通过分析行业产教融合共同体产教对接过程中面临的体制机制障碍、利益诉求冲突、资源整合困难等现实困境,探索构建产教对接的长效机制,推动教育与产业发展同频共振。
The industry-education integration community is a major innovative measure for the systematic advancement of integrated development in education,science and technology,and talent cultivation.The goal of industry-education connection is to achieve complementary and mutually beneficial integration between education and industry,fostering mutual growth and mutual empowerment.This paper,by analyzing the practical predicaments such as institutional and mechanistic barriers,conflicting interests,and difficulties in resource integration faced by the industry-education integration community in the process of industry-education connection,explores the construction of a long-term mechanism for industry-education connection to promote the synchronous development of education and industry.
