摘要
科学必须经过技术化和产业化才能转化为生产力。科学的技术化就是以实用为目的,把科学理论转化成技术实践的过程,这是缩短科学与生产之间的距离,创造人工自然的过程;技术的产业化就是以盈利为目的,把技术成果转化成产业实践的过程,这是实现科学技术的生产力功能,创造社会自然的过程。要转换观念,区别科学技术化与技术产业化过程,确立技术产业化的思想基础。
Technicalization and industrialization are both indispensable to transform science into productivity. Science technicalization means the process of transforming scientific theories into technical practice to make them pragmatic so as to minimize the gap between science and production, thus creating an ＂artificial nature＂. However, technology industrialization is a profitable process of transforming productive techniques into industrial practice so as to realize the social function of productivity from science and technology, thus forming a ＂ social nature＂. To differentiate conceptually the process of science technicalization from technology industrialization is important in changing people＇s idea for the implementation of technology industrialization.
