摘要
在全球化背景下,产业集群与突破性创新已成为推动经济发展的重要动力。本文旨在探讨创新网络结构对突破性创新的影响机制,并分析双元学习在其中的中介作用。基于社会网络理论,构建了创新网络结构、双元学习和突破性创新三者之间的理论模型,并以苏州纳米城纳米新材料产业集群内的企业为研究对象,通过调查问卷收集数据并进行多元回归分析。研究结果表明,创新网络结构中的位置中心度、稳定性和网络密度对突破性创新均有显著正向影响。同时,双元学习在创新网络结构与突破性创新之间起到了部分中介作用。这一发现表明,企业在提升其创新网络特性和双元学习能力时,可以显著促进突破性创新。本文为企业优化创新网络结构和提升突破性创新能力提供了策略指导,并为政府在产业创新政策制定方面提供了参考。
In the context of globalization,industrial clusters and breakthrough innovation have become key drivers of economic development.This paper aims to explore the influence mechanism of innovation network structure on breakthrough innovation and analyze the mediating role of dual learning in it.Based on the social network theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model between innovation network structure,dual learning and breakthrough innovation,and takes the enterprises in the nano new material industrial cluster of Suzhou Nano City as the research object,collects data through questionnaires and conducts multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that location centrality,stability and network density in the innovation network structure all have a significant positive effect on breakthrough innovation.Meanwhile,dual learning plays a partial mediating role between innovation network structure and breakthrough innovation.This finding suggests that enhancing a company's innovation network characteristics and ambidextrous learning capabilities can significantly promote breakthrough innovation.This paper provides strategic guidance for firms to optimize their innovation network structure and enhance their breakthrough innovation capability,and provides a reference for the government in industrial innovation policy formulation.
