摘要 面对日趋复杂和不确定的环境,进行突破性创新是企业的必然选择,而团队在企业突破性创新活动中扮演着日益重要的角色。在回顾团队异质性、团队冲突和团队社会资本对创新绩效影响研究的基础上,提出团队知识冲突对企业突破性创新绩效影响的概念模型,并从理论上分析了这一过程中组织学习的中介效应和社会资本的调节效应。 Faced with increasingly complex and uncertain environment, the radical innovation is the inevitable choice for enterprises. In the radical innovation of enterprise, team plays an increasingly important role. Based on the review of the impact of team heterogeneity, team conflict and team social capital on innovation performance, the paper constructs a theoretical model of the impact of knowledge conflict of team on radical innovation performance of enterprises, and analyzes the mediating effect of organizational learning and the moderating effect of social capital between team knowledge conflict and radical innovation performance.
