摘要
通过相关理论梳理,构建企业创新网络结构、组织学习与创新绩效之间的理论研究框架,根据175家企业的问卷调查数据,运用多元回归探讨了组织学习对企业创新网络结构的四个维度(网络规模、网络中心度、联结强度、稳定性)与创新绩效的中介效应。实证结果表明:创新网络结构的四个维度对组织学习与创新绩效都产生直接正向影响;组织学习对创新绩效产生直接正向影响;组织学习在创新网络结构与创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。
Through carding the relevant theory, this article constructs a theoretical research framework between enterprise innova- tion network structure, organizational learning and innovation performance; according to the survey data of 175 companies, it uses mul- tiple regression to explore the mediating effect of organizational learning on innovative network structure in four dimensions ( network size, network centrality, coupling strength, stability) and the innovation performance. The empirical results show that: the four dimen- sions of innovation network structure have a direct positive impact on organizational learning and innovation performance; organizational learning has a direct positive impact on innovation performance; organization learning plays a partial mediator role between the innova- tion network structure and innovation performance.
