摘要
高等级生物安全实验室是由国家统一布局建设的战略性公共平台,是开展重大传染病研究,保护实验人员免受病原感染和防止病原泄露污染环境的关键防护屏障。由于我国高等级生物安全实验室建设起步较晚,行业人才储备不足,缺少复合型生物安全人才和专业的生物安全管理人员,实验操作人员接受的生物安全相关专业知识和操作技能培训不足,存在一定的生物安全风险。高校高等级生物安全实验室依托高校教育资源,是培养生物安全专业复合型人才的重要基地。高等级生物安全实验室领域学科建设尚处于起步阶段,高等教育人才培养体系尚未完善,且实验操作人员以学生居多,存在人员流动性大、专业素质参差不齐和生物安全意识薄弱等突出问题。因此,为防止生物安全事故的发生,不断完善和提升生物安全培训体系,培养具备专业素质的实验操作人员至关重要。本文简要介绍了高校高等级生物安全实验室实验操作人员培训的要求和要点,旨在为促进高校高等级生物安全实验室发展提供参考。
High-level biosafety laboratories are nationally coordinated strategic public platforms essential for conducting research on major infectious diseases.They serve as crucial barriers that protect laboratory personnel from pathogenic infections and prevent environmental contamination caused by pathogen leakage.As China began constructing such facilities relatively late,the industry faces a shortage of skilled professionals,especially those with interdisciplinary biosafety expertise and specialized management abilities.Laboratory personnel in these settings often lack sufficient training in biosafety-related knowledge and operational skills,posing potential biosafety risks.University-affiliated high-level biosafety laboratories leverage academic resources and serve as critical bases for cultivating interdisciplinary biosafety professionals.However,as the academic development in this field is still in its infancy and the higher education system for training relevant talents remains underdeveloped,there are prominent issues such as high staff turnover,varied professional competence,and weak biosafety awareness—especially since many laboratory personnel are students.Therefore,to prevent biosafety incidents,it is vital to continuously enhance the biosafety training system and cultivate laboratory personnel with strong professional competence.This article briefly outlines the requirements and key points for training laboratory personnel in university high-level biosafety laboratories,aiming to provide reference for the development of such laboratories in higher education institutions.
