摘要
在新一轮科技革命与物流产业智能化转型背景下,产教融合成为破解物流管理应用型创新人才培养结构性矛盾的关键路径。文中基于《国家产教融合建设试点实施方案》政策导向,从高校教育资源、学生创新教育培养、校企协同合作三个方面,系统分析了当前物流管理专业应用型创新人才培养中所存在的问题。针对上述问题,提出“三位一体”解决方案:强化教学资源建设,构建“理论—实践—企业案例”模块化教学体系;完善人才培养模式,建立知识、实践、素质三维评价体系;打造校企协同育人生态闭环,实现“知识传授—实践锻炼—反馈优化”的动态迭代。通过上述路径提升学生实践创新能力,为物流行业智能化转型提供高质量人才支撑。
Under the background of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and intelligent transformation of logistics industry,the integration of industry and education has become a key path to crack the structural contradiction in the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in logistics management.This paper systematically analyzes the current problems in the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in logistics management from three aspects:educational resources of universities,innovative education and training of students,and cooperation between schools and enterprises.In view of the above problems,it puts forward the“three-in-one”solution:strengthening the construction of teaching resources,and constructing modular teaching system of“theory-practice-enterprise case”;completing the talent cultivation mode,and establishing a three-dimensional evaluation system of knowledge,practice and quality;creating an ecological closed loop of school-enterprise cooperative education,realizing the dynamic iteration of“knowledge imparting-practical training-feedback optimization”.Through the above path,students’practical innovation ability can be enhanced,which provides high-quality talent support for the intelligent transformation of the logistics industry.
