摘要
目的 分析布鲁氏菌感染者临床、流行病学特征及其可能的传播方式,为布鲁氏菌病防控提供参考。方法 回顾性分析2020—2023年某医院收治的布鲁氏菌感染者临床和流行病学特征。结果 2020—2023年共收治7例布鲁氏菌感染者,均为男性,年龄22~38岁,感染者首发症状多为发热、关节或腰部疼痛。症状出现至确诊为布鲁氏菌病最短2个月,最长11个月。3例感染者出现骨骼系统侵犯,3例感染者出现泌尿生殖系统侵犯,1例感染者出现肺炎和心包积液。流行病学史提示2例感染者存在接触家中牛羊情况,1例感染者有牛羊肉接触史。结论 持续升高的布鲁氏菌病疫情可能对该地布鲁氏菌病防控产生影响,周边地区的牲畜养殖或屠宰可能是风险因素,布鲁氏菌病临床表现具有多样性,不易识别,疫区相关机构需根据周边特征,做好布鲁氏菌病防控工作。
Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis cases,and the potential transmission routes,so as to provide insights for brucellosis prevention and control.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of personnel diagnosed with brucellosis and admitted to hospital between 2020 and 2023.Results From 2020 to 2023,a total of 7 cases of brucella infection were admitted,all male,aged 22-38 years.The initial symptoms primarily included fever,joint pain,or lower back pain.The time from symptom onset to diagnosis ranged from 2 to 11 months.Three cases exhibited skeletal system involvement,three showed urogenital system involvement,and one case presented with pneumonia and pericardial effusion.Epidemiological history revealed that two patients had contact with cattle or sheep at home,while one had a history of exposure to beef or lamb.Conclusion The persistently rising incidence of brucellosis may pose challenges to brucellosis prevention and control.Livestock farming or slaughtering activities of surrounding areas could be potential risk factors.The clinical manifestation of brucellosis is diverse and difficult to identify,and it is crucial for relevant institutions in epidemic areas to implement targeted brucellosis prevention and control measures based on the specific characteristics of their surrounding environments.
