摘要
患者,男,29岁,因“外伤致全身多处疼痛7 d余”急诊入院。患者自诉2022年9月18日17时外伤致全身多处疼痛,以双侧髋部、上腹部、腰部疼痛为主,伴有呼吸急促、右下肢活动障碍,至当地医院就诊,考虑多发伤血气胸、肋骨多发骨折、骨盆骨折、腰椎骨折,行胸腔闭式引流术,其他治疗具体诊治不详。
