摘要
非特异性腰痛(NLBP)是无明确的特定病因或病理学表现的腰部疼痛,其发病率和复发率较高。综述近10年国内外中医药治疗非特异性腰痛的最新研究进展,全面总结非特异性腰痛流行病学、发病机制、临床治疗方案等。结果表明,针刺与艾灸既可减轻疼痛、改善功能,还能通过调节神经内分泌系统,提高腰部结构的稳定性,促进血液循环,减少神经根粘连,针灸联合其他方法治疗非特异性腰痛的疗效更佳。中医药非药物疗法(如针刺、艾灸等)治疗NLBP副作用小、成本低廉,为解决现代医学治疗NLBP所产生的疗效不稳、副作用大等问题提供了新策略,可为中医药治疗NLBP专家共识的建立、修订与完善提供参考。
Nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)is back pain without a specific underlying cause or pathological manifestations,and an increasing number of people are suffering from NLBP.A comprehensive review of the latest research progress on the treatment of nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)over the past 10 years was conducted,providing a comprehensive summary of the epidemiology,pathogenesis,and current clinical treatment protocols of NLBP.The results show that acupuncture and moxibustion not only can alleviate pain and improve function,but also can regulate the neuroendocrine system,improve the stability of the spinal structure,promote blood circulation,and reduce nerve root adhesion.The combined therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion with other methods has better therapeutic effects.The non-pharmacological therapies of TCM(such as acupuncture and moxibustion)have the advantages of fewer side effects and lower costs.They are increasingly being paid attention to,showing a trendy development potential in clinical practice.They provide a new strategy for solving the problems of unstable therapeutic effects and side effects in modern medicine treatment of NLBP.This study also has specific reference values for establishing,revising,and improving relevant expert consensus on TCM treatment of NLBP.
