2023年合肥市成蚊监测及白纹伊蚊抗药性调查

摘要 目的 了解合肥市成蚊密度和季节消长情况以及白纹伊蚊对杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为蚊虫防控提供科学依据。方法 用诱蚊灯法进行成蚊密度监测,用成蚊接触筒法进行白纹伊蚊抗药性测定,使用Excel 2016和SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。采用χ^(2)检验比较不同生境中成蚊种群构成差异。结果 2023年合肥市雌蚊平均蚊密度为4.28只/(灯·夜),淡色/致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕获总数的82.07%。5类生境中,牲畜棚和农户2种生境蚊密度高于其他3种生境,牲畜棚蚊密度最高,为7.46只/(灯·夜)。不同生境中蚊虫种群构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=52.195,P<0.05)。蚊密度高峰期集中在6—9月。合肥市白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯表现出抗性,对马拉硫磷和残杀威敏感。结论 合肥市优势蚊种为淡色/致倦库蚊,农村蚊密度高于城市;白纹伊蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂产生了抗性,可采用轮换使用药物、混配杀虫剂、使用增效剂等方法综合防控。 Objective To investigate the density and seasonal fluctuation of adult mosquitoes,and insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus in Hefei,so as to provide a scientific basis for mosquito prevention and control.Methods Adult mosquito density was monitored by mosquito trap method,and the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus was determined by adult mosquito contact tube method.Excel 2016 and SPSS 26.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Chi-square test was used to compare differences in the species composition of adult mosquitoes between different habitats.Results The average density of female mosquitoes in Hefei was 4.28 mosquitoes/(light·night),and Culex pipiens pallens/Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus were the dominant species,accounting for 82.07%of the total number of captured mosquitoes.Among the five habitats,the density of mosquitoes in livestock sheds and household were higher than that in the three habitats,and the highest density of mosquitoes was in livestock sheds[7.46 mosquitoes/(light·night)].There were statistical differences in mosquito species composition in different habitats(χ^(2)=52.195,P<0.05).The peak density of mosquito occurred from June to September.Ae.albopictus were resistant to deltamethrin,cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin,and sensitive to malathion and propoxur.Conclusion The dominant mosquito species in Hefei was Cx.pipiens pallens/Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus.The density of mosquitoes in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas.Ae.albopictus has developed resistance to pyrethroid insecticides,comprehensive control can be adopted by rotating,mixing insecticides and using synergists.
