2023年德阳市三带喙库蚊抗药性调查

Investigation on the insecticide resistance of Culex trituberculatus in Deyang in 2023

摘要 目的 了解德阳市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为三带喙库蚊及流行性乙型脑炎的防控提供科学指导。方法 按照《全国病媒生物监测实施方案》及中国疾控中心病媒生物监测工作要求,于2023年7月中旬,在德阳市东、南、西、北、中5个方位,采用网捕、诱捕、勺捕等方法采集待测试虫。采用幼虫浸渍法与成蚊接触筒法分别对三带喙库蚊幼虫及成蚊的抗药性进行测定。结果 德阳市三带喙库蚊幼虫对残杀威、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为2.073 9、0.108 1、0.027 2、0.010 2 mg/L,抗性倍数分别为6.91、3.33、9.07、25.50;幼虫对残杀威、氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯表现为低抗,对溴氰菊酯为中抗。三带喙库蚊成蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、马拉硫磷、氯菊酯、杀螟硫磷、溴氰菊酯的死亡率分别为47.78%、83.33%、55.56%、51.11%、84.44%、94.44%,均显示出一定的抗药性。结论 德阳市三带喙库蚊幼虫与成蚊均对多种常用杀虫剂产生了抗药性,应采取针对性的防控策略延缓抗药性的发展。 Objective To determine the resistance levels of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to commonly used insecticides,so as to provide a scientific basis for the control of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus and Japanese encephalitis.Methods According to the National Vector Surveillance Implementation Plan and the requirements of the China CDC’s vector surveillance work,mosquitoes were collected by net trapping,bait trapping,and scooping method in mid-July 2023 from five different locations in Deyang(east,south,west,north,and central areas).The insecticide resistance of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus larvae and adults were measured using the larval immersion method and adult contact tube method,respectively.Results The LC_(50) of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus larvae in Deyang for propoxur,permethrin,beta-cypermethrin,and deltamethrin were 2.0739,0.1081,0.0272,and 0.0102 mg/L,respectively.The resistance ratios were 6.91,3.33,9.07,and 25.50,respectively.The larvae showed low resistance to propoxur,permethrin,and beta-cypermethrin,and moderate resistance to deltamethrin.The mortality rates of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus adults to deltamethrin,propoxur,malathion,permethrin,fenthion,and deltamethrin were 47.78%,83.33%,55.56%,51.11%,84.44%,and 94.44%,respectively,indicating a certain level of resistance to all tested insecticides.Conclusion Both larvae and adults of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus in Deyang have developed resistance to commonly used insecticides.In the future,targeted control measures should be adopted to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
