摘要
目的 了解淮南市人居环境中家蝇的抗药性现状,为科学防蝇提供理论依据。方法 2023年在淮南市田家庵区、大通区、谢家集区、八公山区和潘集区5个区的农贸市场、餐饮店、超市、垃圾中转站和居民小区等场所采集家蝇,采用点滴法评价其对6种常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况。采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行分析,求其毒力回归方程及半数致死剂量(LD50)和95%置信区间(CI)。结果 淮南市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、毒死蜱、胺菊酯、残杀威6种杀虫剂的LD50分别为0.249 5、0.754 6、0.305 6、0.220 7、>30、>30μg/只,抗性倍数分别为356.43、87.74、26.81、76.10、>449.78、>15 789.47。结论 目前淮南市家蝇对6种常用杀虫剂均产生了高度抗性,建议停止或减少使用,未来应继续加强抗性监测工作,科学合理使用杀虫剂,以延缓抗药性的发生和发展速度,提升灭蝇效果。
Objective To understand the current status of insecticide resistance of Musca domestica in the human environment of Huainan,so as to provide theoretical basis for scientific fly control.Methods M.domestica were collected from farmers′markets,restaurants,supermarkets,garbage transfer stations and residential areas in five districts of Huainan in 2023,including Tianjia′an District,Datong District,Xiejiaji District,Bagongshan District and Panji District.The topical application method was used to evaluate the resistance of M.domestica to six commonly used insecticides.And the data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 software for the virulence regression equations,LD 50 and 95%confidence interval(CI).Results For M.domestica,the LD 50 of deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,dichlorvos,chlorpyrifos,tetramethrin,propoxur were 0.2495,0.7546,0.3056,0.2207,>30,>30μg/mosquitoes,and the resistance ratios were 356.43,87.74,26.81,76.10,>449.78,>15789.47,respectively.Conclusion At present,M.domestica in Huainan have developed high resistance to the six commonly used insecticides.It is recommended to stop or reduce the use of these insecticides.In the future,it is necessary to continue to strengthen resistance monitoring,and use insecticides scientifically and rationally in order to delay the occurrence and development of insecticide resistance,and improve the effectiveness of fly control.
