音乐艺术硕士应用型人才培养路径探究

摘要 音乐艺术硕士作为高层次、应用型人才,其培养模式是一个完整且开放的体系:旨在培养具备深厚音乐理论知识、精湛专业技能以及敏锐艺术感知力的高端艺术人才;推动音乐学科的积极发展,深入钻研音乐学领域的学术研究,更好地传承和创新音乐文化,促进音乐行业的繁荣发展。文章基于现代艺术教育理念,探究适应我国经济、文化和音乐事业发展需求的音乐艺术硕士培养路径。从音乐艺术硕士应用型人才培养的目标、培养模式的构建以及培养模式实施面临的挑战与应对策略三个层面进行深度分析,明确培养目标涵盖专业理论与技能、艺术实践创新、综合素质、国际视野等多维度能力,提出以“专业理论基础—艺术实践—创新应用”为核心的培养模式框架。针对培养过程中师资队伍人才短缺、教学资源整合低效、培养模式适应性不足等挑战,提出系统性应对策略。 As high-level,application-oriented professionals,the training model for Master of Music Arts is a complete and open system,aiming to cultivate high-end artistic professionals with profound musical theoretical knowledge,exquisite professional skills,and keen artistic perception.It promotes the active development of music disciplines,deepens academic research in the field of musicology,better inherits and innovates musical culture,and facilitates the prosperous develop-ment of the music industry.Based on modern art education concepts,this article explores training paths for Master of Mu-sic Arts that meet the development needs of China's economy,culture,and music industry.It conducts an in-depth analys-is from three dimensions:the training objectives of application-oriented professionals for Master of Music Arts,the con-struction of the training model,and the challenges and countermeasures in its implementation.The study clarifies that training objectives cover multi-dimensional abilities such as professional theories and skills,artistic practice innovation,comprehensive qualities,and international vision,and proposes a training model framework with the core of″professional theoretical foundation-artistic practice-innovative application″.Aiming at challenges such as shortage of teaching staff,in-efficient integration of teaching resources,and insufficient model adaptability in the training process,systematic counter-measures are put forward.
