摘要
急诊医学是医学领域中兴起的一门具有多专业性质的临床边缘学科,有着自身不可替代的特点和规律性。急诊医学教学20多年来虽在临床逐步开展,但作为一门临床二级学科,仍没有得到足够的重视。现有的急诊医学教学以灌输式的传统方法为主,急诊医学的理论教学、临床教学在目前也没有引起医学院校和临床教学医院的重视。本文结合急诊医学临床教学的现状并借鉴北京朝阳医院急诊科临床教学的经验,对临床急诊医学的教学方法进行浅析探讨。
Emergency medicine is an interdisciplinary and professional discipline in medicine who springed up recent years. It has ir- replaceable characteristics and regularity. The teaching method of emergency medicine has carried out step by step more than 20 years. However, it does not get enough attention as a clinical second-level discipline. The inculcation education is the main method of existing teaching method of emergency medicine. And the the theory teaching and clinical teaching emergency medicine ~e always ignored in medi- cal college and clinical and educational hospitals. In this paper, we will discuss the teaching method of emergency medicine based on the current situation of the teaching method of emergency medicine and the experience of the emergency department of Beijing Chao-Yang Hos- pital in the emergency medicine teaching.
