摘要
随着我国老龄化进程加速,康复医学面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。以人工智能、虚拟现实、可穿戴设备、脑机接口等为代表的数字健康技术,正逐步重构康复医学的核心环节,形成全新的康复评估、干预及辅助器具应用。本文从“医学-工程”融合视角,系统分析数字化手段在功能评估精准化、干预路径个体化与辅助器具智能化中的关键价值,揭示其临床应用中存在的标准缺失、临床验证不足、数据安全与隐私保护问题及技术临床应用转化障碍四大瓶颈,并提出以“医学为本、数据为桥、智能为用”为核心的康复生态建设路径。数字康复的系统化推进,可为分级诊疗、精准干预、医养结合等国家健康政策落地提供关键技术支点,为“健康中国2030”重大战略目标的实现提供重要支撑。
Accelerated population aging in China present unprecedented development opportunities and challenges for rehabilitation medicine.With advancements in modern technology,digital health technologies,represented by artificial intelligence,virtual reality,wearable devices,and brain-computer interfaces,are progressively reconstructing the core facets of rehabilitation medicine.This is leading to novel approaches in rehabilitation assessment,intervention,and assistive device application.From a"medical-engineering"convergence perspective,this article will systematically analyze the critical value of digital methods in enhancing the precision of functional assessment,personalizing intervention pathways,and advancing the intelligence of assistive devices.It will reveal four major bottlenecks in their clinical application:the lack of standards,insufficient clinical validation,data security and privacy concerns,and obstacles in translating technology into clinical practice.Furthermore,it proposes a rehabilitation ecosystem development path centered on the core principle of"medicine as the foundation,data as the bridge,intelligence as the tool."The systematic advancement of digital rehabilitation can provide a key technological pivot for implementing national health policies such as tiered healthcare delivery systems,precision interventions,and integrated healthcare and elderly care.It will thereby offer crucial support for achieving the major strategic goal of"Healthy China 2030".
