摘要
大跨度连续梁桥具有高墩、长跨、大节段等特点,悬臂浇筑施工中的线形控制面临严峻挑战。智慧悬臂造桥机以其通用性、安全性、易操作性和可视化程度高等特点,为大节段连续梁施工提供了新的解决方案。以雄忻高铁山西段站前5标为研究背景,通过采取结构设计优化、精密控制系统、信息化监测系统以及大节段施工分级控制等技术手段,实现了对连续梁线形的精确控制。工程实例分析表明,智慧悬臂造桥机能够显著缩短工期、降低成本,具有广阔的应用前景。
Long-span continuous beam Bridges have characteristics such as high piers,long spans,and large sections.The linear control in cantilever pouring construction faces severe challenges.The intelligent cantilever bridge-building machine,with its features such as universality,safety,ease of operation and high degree of visualization,provides a new solution for the construction of large-segment continuous beams.This article takes the fifth section before the station of the Shanxi section of the Xiongxin High-Speed Railway as the research background.By adopting technical means such as structural design optimization,precise control system,information monitoring system and hierarchical control of large section construction,the precise control of the linear shape of the continuous beam has been achieved.The analysis of engineering cases shows that the intelligent cantilever bridge-building machine can significantly shorten the construction period and reduce costs,and has broad application prospects.
