摘要
智慧悬臂造桥机整合了液压传动、数字监测、智能操控等多项技术,形成的悬臂现浇梁施工体系,可以实现自动走行、三维姿态调整、全过程信息化实时监控等功能,有效解决了传统工艺存在的施工监测不及时、施工精度控制困难等问题。基于此,分析智慧悬臂造桥机结构性能,并探讨智慧悬臂造桥机关键技术,以期推动悬臂施工向自动化、信息化、智能化转型。
The intelligent cantilever bridge construction machine integrates multiple technologies such as hydraulic transmission,digital monitoring,and intelligent control,forming a brand-new cantilever cast-in-place beam construction system.It can achieve functions such as automatic movement,three-dimensional posture adjustment,and real-time information monitoring throughout the entire process.It has effectively solved the problems existing in traditional techniques,such as untimely construction monitoring and difficult control of construction accuracy.Based on this,the structural performance of the intelligent cantilever bridge construction machine was analyzed,and the key technologies of the intelligent cantilever bridge construction machine were discussed,with the aim of promoting the transformation of cantilever construction towards automation,informatization and intelligence.
