摘要
目的探讨目标管理在降低手术患者并发症发生率中的应用效果。方法从某三甲医院2020年1月至2024年3月病案首页中调取252847例手术,2023年之后的手术并发症进行的是目标管理,按照PDCA循环开展,通过分析根本原因、优化流程机制、运用管理工具、信息化监测等措施,分析目标管理前后手术患者并发症发生率、关键环节控制、重点医疗质量变化情况。结果实施目标管理后,手术患者并发症发生率从峰值0.77%降低至0.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响手术患者并发症发生率的真因发生改变;围术期医疗质量得到提升与改善。结论对手术患者并发症发生率实施目标管理,能够有效降低并发症发生率及病种例数,提高手术质量和服务水平。
Objective:To explore the application effect of goal management in reducing the incidence of complications in surgical patients.Method:252,847 surgeries were retrieved from the first page of medical records of a 3A hospital from January 2020 to March,2024.For surgical complications after 2023,goal management was carried out in accordance with the PDCA cycle.By analyzing the root causes,optimizing the process mechanism,applying management tools,and implementing information-based monitoring measures,the incidence of complications in surgical patients before and after the target management,the control of key links,and the changes in key medical quality were analyzed.Result:After implementing goal management,the incidence of complications in surgical patients decreased from the peak of 0.77%to 0.56%,with a significant difference(P<0.05);Changes took place in the true causes affecting the incidence of complications in surgical patients;The quality of perioperative medical care has been improved and enhanced.Conclusion:Implementing target management for the incidence of complications in surgical patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and the number of disease cases,and improve surgical quality and service level.
