摘要
目的 探讨西城区公众急救知识储备与公众自身差异因素的相关性,并评估公众培训效果。方法 在2021—2023年,对北京市西城区的公众和医务人员在培训前进行知识储备评估,再进行心肺复苏(CPR)和自动体外除颤器(AED)使用的培训,并通过问卷调查和技能考核评估培训效果。数据使用SPSS软件进行检验和相关性分析。结果 培训前通过问卷调查发现公众对CPR和AED知识的掌握程度较低,尤其在按压深度、频率等关键技能上存在明显不足。培训后通过设置急救技能考核,公众基础急救技能显著提升,但在复杂技能的掌握和执行方面仍需进一步强化培训内容和实践操作。结论 急救培训能够有效提高公众急救知识和技能,但要缩小与专业医务人员的差距,还需针对不同群体设计差异化培训方案。公众急救培训应更加注重实践操作与场景模拟,以提高公众在紧急情况下实施高质量CPR的能力。
Objective To explore the correlation between public emergency knowledge retention and individual demographic differences in Xicheng District,Beijing,and to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency training programs.Methods From 2021 to 2023,public participants and healthcare professionals in Xicheng District,Beijing,were assessed for baseline knowledge prior to training.The training covered cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and automated external defibrillator(AED)usage.The effectiveness of the training was evaluated through questionnaires and practical skill assessments.Data were analyzed using SPSS software for significance testing and correlation analysis.Results Pre-training questionnaire responses revealed a low level of knowledge regarding CPR and AED use among the general public,with significant deficiencies in critical skills such as compression depth and rate.Post-training assessments demonstrated a marked improvement in basic emergency skills among participants.However,challenges remained in the mastery and execution of more complex skills,highlighting the need to enhance training content and practical scenarios.Conclusion Emergency training programs effectively improve public emergency knowledge and skills.However,bridging the gap between the general public and healthcare professionals requires tailored training strategies for different demographic groups.Public emergency training should emphasize hands-on practice and scenario-based simulations to enhance the ability to deliver high-quality CPR in real-life emergencies.
