虚拟现实技术在康复医学科脑卒中康复实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的研究虚拟现实技术在康复医学科脑卒中康复实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月至2024年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院康复医学科实习的康复治疗学专业学生66名,按照随机数字表法将学生分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规的传统教学方法,试验组接受虚拟现实技术教学模式,在脑卒中康复实习教学结束后,对两组学生进行理论考核、技能考核、临床综合能力评估及教学满意度的调查。结果试验组在考核成绩、临床综合能力评估及教学满意度调查结果上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术教学模式在康复医学科脑卒中康复实习带教中能提高学生考核成绩和临床综合能力,提升教学满意度,提高实习带教的质量。 Objective To explore the application effects of virtual reality(VR)technology in stroke rehabilitation internship training in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.Methods Sixty-six rehabilitation therapy students undergoing internships in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2023 to March 2024 were enrolled.Participants were randomly divided into a control group(traditional teaching methods)and an experimental group(VR-based teaching).Post-training evaluations included theoretical assessments,skill evaluations,clinical comprehensive competence evaluations,and teaching satisfaction surveys.Results The experimental group demonstrated superiority over the control group in assessment scores,clinical competence evaluations,and teaching satisfaction ratings(P<0.05).Conclusion VR technology can enhance students’academic performance,clinical competence,and satisfaction in stroke rehabilitation internship training,thereby improving the overall quality of clinical education.
