摘要
目的探讨雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对干眼症患者炎症因子的影响及相关性分析。方法选择福建医科大学附属福州市第一总医院2023年5月至2023年12月收治的40例干眼症患者作为研究对象,采用雷火灸+玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,分析治疗前后泪液中炎症因子[白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]与眼表指标[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)、角膜荧光素染色评分(FL)]的变化并进行相关性分析。结果治疗后BUT、SIt高于治疗前,FL评分低于治疗前,泪液炎症因子IL–1、TNF-α低于治疗前(均P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果表明,炎症因子IL-1、TNF-α与BUT、SIt呈负相关,与FL呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液可能通过对炎症因子的调控来改善泪膜稳定性,炎症因子水平与泪膜稳定性之间存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the changes and correlation analysis of inflammatory factors after the combined treatment of thunder fire moxibustion and sodium hyaluronate eye drops for dry eye syndrome.Methods This study selected 40 patients with dry eye syndrome admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital Affiliated with Fujian Medical University between May 2023 and December 2023 as research subjects.The patients were treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The changes of inflammatory factors,Interleukin-1(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),in tears before and after treatment,as well as the ocular surface indicators,breakup time(BUT),schirmer I test(SIt),fluoresce instaining(FL),were analyzed and the correlation was studied.Results After treatment,the BUT and SIt were higher than before treatment,the FL score was lower than before treatment,and the inflammatory factors IL-1 and TNF-αin tears were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the Pearson correlation analysis results showed that inflammatory factors IL-1 and TNF-αwere negatively correlated with BUT and SIt,and positively correlated with FL(P<0.05).Conclusions Thunder fire moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops may improve tear film stability by regulating inflammatory factors,and there is a correlation between inflammatory factor levels and tear film stability.
