摘要
目的观察雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗糖尿病干眼症的效果。方法选取2018年4月~2019年6月我院糖尿病科住院的88例糖尿病性干眼症患者,根据就诊日期单双号,单盲法分成观察组和对照组,对照组在常规护理基础上仅使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用眼部雷火灸。两组均以10 d为一疗程,分别在干预前、干预后1个月对比两组标准干眼症状评估(SPEED)问卷评分及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)差异。结果观察组总有效率为81.82%,对照组为40.91%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.529,P<0.001);两组标准干眼症状评估(SPEED)问卷评分比较,观察组改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组泪膜破裂时间延长比较,观察组改善值(3.95±0.47)s,对照组改善(1.95±1.04)s,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(t=4.356,P=0.002)。结论使用雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗糖尿病干眼症状效果优于单用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in treatment of dry eye syndrome in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty-eight patients with diabetic dry eye syndrome treated at the diabetes department in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with the single blind method according to the odd and even number of the visit date. The intervention of sodium hyaluronate eye drops was given to the control group on the basis of conventional care, and the thunder-fire moxibustion to eyes was given to the observation group on the basis of the control group. A course of treatment was 10 days in both groups. The differences of Standard Patient Evaluation of Eye Dryness(SPEED)questionnaire scores and the tear break-up time(BUT) before the intervention and one month after the intervention in the two groups were compared. Results The overall response rate in the observation group was 81.82%, and the overall response rate in the control group was 40.91%. The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(χ2=15.529,P<0.001). In comparison of SPEED questionnaire scores in the two groups, the improvement rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). In comparison of the prolongation of the tear break-up time in the two groups, the improvement value in the observation group was(3.95±0.47) seconds, and the improvement value in the control group was(1.95±1.04) seconds.The effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(t=4.356, P=0.002). Conclusion The effect of the thunder-fire moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of the dry eye symptom in patients with diabetes mellitus is better than that of single sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment.
