摘要
目的探讨干眼症患者使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗的效果。方法目的选取2023年1月—2024年1月单县海吉亚医院收治的90例干眼症患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分成对照组(n=45,玻璃酸钠滴眼液)与研究组(n=45,在对照组治疗的基础上联合贝复舒滴眼液)。对比两组治疗有效率、干眼症状评分、眼部体征、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。研究组干眼症状评分、眼部体征均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果确切,能够缓解临床症状,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with beifushu eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome patients.Methods A total of ninety patients with dry eye syndrome admitted to Shanxian Haijiya Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were purposefully selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(n=45,treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops)and the study group(n=45,combined with beifushu eye drops on the basis of control group treatment).The treatment effective rate,dry eye symptom scores,ocular signs,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effec-tive rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),higher than 80.00%(36/45)in the control group,difference was statis-tically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).The dry eye symptom scores and ocular signs in the study group were better than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of sodium hyaluronate eye drops and beifushu eye drops is effective in treating dry eye syndrome,which can relieve clinical symptoms and has high safety.
