基于CDIO的产科危急重案例教学模式对本科护生核心胜任力的影响

摘要 目的探讨基于构思—设计—实现—运作(CDIO)的产科危急重案例教学模式对本科护生核心胜任力的影响。方法选取2022年5月至2023年4月于福建医科大学附属协和医院产科实习的38名本科实习生为对照组,采用传统教学法;选取2023年5月至2024年4月的33名本科实习生为观察组,采用基于CDIO的产科危急重案例教学模式。比较2组本科护生的核心胜任力和综合成绩。结果观察组护生的核心胜任力评分、理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩及综合考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将基于CDIO的产科危急重案例教学模式应用于产科实习护生,可有效提升本科护生的核心胜任力,使其更好地掌握理论知识和技能水平。 Objective To explore the impact of obstetric emergency and severe case teaching mode based on conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)on the core competency of undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 38 undergraduate interns who interned in the Department of Obstetrics at Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the control group,and traditional teaching methods were adopted.A total of 33 undergraduate interns from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation group,and the obstetric emergency and severe case teaching mode based on CDIO was adopted.The core competency and comprehensive scores of the two groups of undergraduate nursing students were compared.Results The core competency score,theoretical assessment score,skill assessment score and comprehensive assessment score of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the obstetric emergency and severe case teaching mode based on CDIO to obstetric nursing students can effectively improve the core competency of undergraduate nursing students and enable them to better grasp the theoretical knowledge and improve the skill level.
