翻转课堂在产科技能培训中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂在产科临床技能培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年6月于济宁医学院附属医院产科实习的152名临床医学五年级学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组76名。对照组采取传统教学,观察组采取翻转课堂教学。临床技能培训结束后,通过操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)评价两组教学效果,比较两组学生DOPS评分、学生操作时间与导师反馈时间、导师反馈及学生的满意度。结果观察组相关知识、知情同意、操作前准备、操作的技术能力、无菌操作、操作后处置、沟通技巧、整体表现及DOPS总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作时间、导师反馈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);导师对观察组学生的反馈优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对翻转课堂教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学比较,在产科实习技能培训教学中采用翻转课堂教学方式可以提升产科学生的临床操作技能水平,且学生满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom in obstetric clinical skills training.Methods A total of 152 fifth-grade clinical medicine students who practiced obstetrics in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 76 students in each group.The control group took traditional teaching and the observation group took flipped classroom teaching.After the clinical skills training,the teaching effect of the two groups were evaluated by Direct Observation of Procedural Skills(DOPS),the DOPS scores,student operation time,mentor feedback time,tutor feedback and students'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The relevant knowledge,informed consent,preparation before procedural,technical ability of procedural,aseptic procedural,post-procedural disposal,communication skills,overall performance and total score of DOPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time and mentor feedback time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the tutor's feedback in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction in the observation group on flipped classroom teaching method was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching method can improve the clinical operation skills of obstetric interns compared with the traditional teaching method,and the student satisfaction is high.
