摘要
分析构建三全育人和五育并举育人体系对促进实习生临床带教水平提高的影响。选取2024年1—12月于广西国际壮医医院实习的80例本科实习生为研究对象,将2024年1—6月入科实习的40例实习生设为对照组,2024年7月—12月入科实习的40例实习生设为观察组。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组构建三全育人和五育并举育人体系实施临床带教,比较两组实习生的教学效果。结果显示,观察组实习生考试成绩、思维能力评分及教学评价结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,构建三全育人和五育并举育人体系对促进实习生临床带教水平提高具有积极作用,有助于提高实习生的综合能力,且实习生对临床带教模式的认可度较高。
To analyze the impact of constructing a“Three-All Education”(education for all students,through all processes,and by all staff)and“Five-Education Simultaneous”(simultaneous promotion of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education)education system on improving the clinical teaching level for interns.A total of 80 undergraduate interns who practiced in Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.The 40 interns who entered the department from January to June 2024 were set as the control group,and the 40 interns who entered from July to December 2024 were set as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,while the observation group implemented clinical teaching under the“Three-All Education”and“Five-Education Simultaneous”education system.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the exam scores,thinking ability scores,and teaching evaluation results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that constructing the“Three-All Education”and“Five-Education Simultaneous”education system has a positive effect on improving the clinical teaching level for interns,helps enhance the comprehensive abilities of interns,and interns have a high recognition of the clinical teaching model.
