“翻转课堂+PBL”联合转化医学教学模式在消化内科实习生培养中的应用与评价

摘要 目的探究“翻转课堂+PBL”联合转化医学教学模式在消化内科实习生培养中的应用价值。方法选取2023年9月至2024年9月郑州大学第一附属医院的40名临床医学本科实习生,随机分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。观察组采用“翻转课堂+PBL”联合转化医学教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。培训结束后,通过临床能力考核和教学满意度调查评价教学效果。结果入科阶段的观察组和对照组学生的考核成绩相当(P>0.05)。经过教学培训后,观察组学生在基础理论掌握、临床操作技能和病例分析能力方面的表现均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在教学满意度方面,观察组的总体满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“翻转课堂+PBL”联合转化医学教学模式能有效提升消化内科实习生的临床思维转化能力与技能操作水平,其教学效果显著优于传统教学模式,具有临床教学推广价值。 Objective To explore the application value of the"Flipped Classroom+PBL"teaching model integrated with translational medicine in the training of gastroenterology interns.Methods Forty clinical medical undergraduate interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University(Sep.2023 to Sep.2024)were randomly divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The observation group adopted the"Flipped Classroom+PBL"teaching model integrated with translational medicine,while the control group received traditional teaching.After the training period,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through clinical competency assessments and teaching satisfaction surveys.Results At the pre-training stage,there was no significant difference in assessment scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Post-training,the observation group demonstrated significantly better performance than the control group in theoretical knowledge mastery,clinical operational skills and case analysis abilities(P<0.05).Regarding teaching satisfaction,the observation group exhibited significantly higher overall satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Flipped Classroom+PBL"teaching model integrated with translational medicine effectively enhances clinical thinking transformation and operational skills in gastroenterology interns,demonstrating superior teaching outcomes over traditional methods.This approach holds significant value for clinical teaching promotion.
