摘要
当前,师范生在课堂教学技能和教学反思方面普遍缺乏有教育价值的个性化指导与反馈,尽管以自动评课为代表的多模态学习分析技术为此带来了新机遇,但已有方法难以有效引导深度反思。为此,文章基于教育数据叙事方法,尝试探索如何从多模态教育数据中自动提取关键信息并生成深度反思反馈:首先,文章构建了多模态学习分析视角下的师范生教学技能评价框架,实现师范生教学试讲视频中多模态教学技能数据的自动化提取与评价。随后,文章基于教育数据叙事方法,设计并实现教学反思仪表盘,采用准实验法对比了17名师范生在使用该系统前后的教学反思文本,结果表明该方法能有效提升经历、分析、评价和收获总结层面的反思文本写作广度与深度。文章通过研究,旨在为智能技术支持教师队伍建设、多模态教育数据的有意义价值转化提供理论与实践参考。
At present,normal school students generally lack personalized guidance and and feedback with educational value in terms of classroom teaching skills and reflection.Although multimodal learning analysis technologies represented by automatic lesson evaluation have brought new opportunities for this,existing methods are difficult to effectively guide in-depth reflection.Therefore,based on the narrative method of educational data,this paper attempted to explore how to automatically extract key information from multimodal educational data and generate in-depth reflection feedback.Firstly,an evaluation framework for the teaching skills of normal school students was constructed from the perspective of multimodal learning analysis,achieving the automatic extraction and evaluation of multimodal teaching skills data in the teaching trial lecture videos of normal school students.Subsequently,based on the educational data storytelling method,the paper designed and implemented a teaching reflection dashboard.Using the quasi-experimental method,this paper compared the teaching reflection texts of 17 normal school students before and after exposure to the system.The results showed that this method could effectively enhance the breadth and depth of reflection text writing at the levels of experience,analysis,evaluation,and summary.This paper was aimed to verify the effectiveness of educational data storytelling in promoting teaching reflection among normal school students,with the expectation of providing theoretical and practical reference for intelligent technology to support the construction of the teaching staff and the meaningful and valuable transformation of multimodal educational data.
