摘要
在新时期教育背景下,小学数学新课程标准改革强调了“数学+信息化”发展的重要性。本文深入探讨了信息技术背景下小学数学教师教学反思能力的提升策略。文章首先分析了信息技术在小学数学教学中的关键作用,指出其不仅能丰富教学资源,还能改进学生的学习方式,创造新颖的学习环境。然而,当前小学数学教师在教学反思方面存在一些问题,如不重视反思、反思片面、形式单一等。针对这些问题,本文提出了几点提升策略:树立数学信息化教学反思意识,通过反思教学提升教学质量,拓宽教学反思视野,结合实践性知识做反思,妥善处理学困生问题,以及利用信息化进行教学评价。这些策略旨在帮助小学数学教师更好地适应信息化教学趋势,提升教学质量,促进教师专业发展。
Under the educational background of the new era,the reform of the new curriculum standards for primary school mathematics emphasizes the importance of the development of"mathematics+informatization".This article deeply explores the strategies for enhancing the teaching reflection ability of primary school mathematics teachers under the background of information technology.The article first analyzes the key role of information technology in primary school mathematics teaching,pointing out that it can not only enrich teaching resources,but also improve students'learning methods and create a novel learning environment.However,at present,there are some problems in teaching reflection among primary school mathematics teachers,such as not attaching importance to reflection,one-sided reflection and monotonous forms.In response to these problems,this paper proposes several improvement strategies:establishing the awareness of reflection on mathematics informatization teaching,enhancing teaching quality through reflective teaching,broadening the vision of teaching reflection,conducting reflection in combination with practical knowledge,properly handling the problems of students with learning difficulties,and using informatization for teaching evaluation.These strategies are designed to help primary school mathematics teachers better adapt to the trend of information-based teaching,improve teaching quality and promote teachers'professional development.
