摘要
本文对矿物油、天然酯、合成酯3种绝缘液进行温升性能的对比研究,通过对变压器温升理论计算、有限元仿真以及对比试验等途径验证3种绝缘液对变压器温升性能的影响。结果表明:在综合考虑酯类绝缘液的运动黏度、比热容、导热系数等参数后,已有的计算方法能够较为准确地计算酯类变压器的温升数值。采用相同的变压器,仅更换绝缘液的情况下,矿物油变压器温升最低,合成酯变压器次低,天然酯变压器温升最高。配合耐高温的固体绝缘材料,合成酯与天然酯绝缘液变压器的过负载能力较好,具备长期急救负载(1.5倍额定电流)和短期急救负载(2.0倍额定电流)能力。
This paper conducts a comparative study on temperature rise performance of mineral oil,natural ester,and synthetic ester.The effect of three insulating liquids on the temperature rise performance of transformers were verified by theoretical calculation,finite element simulation,and comparative tests of transformer temperature rise.The results show that after comprehensively considering parameters such as kinematic viscosity,specific heat capacity,and thermal conductivity of ester insulating liquid,the existing calculation method can accurately calculate the temperature rise values of ester transformers.When the same transformer is used and only the insulating liquid is replaced,the temperature rise of mineral oil transformer is the lowest,the synthetic ester transformer is the second lowest,and the natural ester transformer is the highest.Combined with high temperature resistant solid insulating materials,synthetic ester and natural ester insulating liquid transformers have better overload capacity,with the capability to withstand long-term emergency loads(1.5 times the rated current)and short-term emergency loads(2.0 times the rated current).
