摘要
在以菜籽油为原料精炼处理得到绝缘油的基础上,选取电磁线、绝缘纸板和硅钢片3种有代表性的变压器固体材料,研究植物绝缘油与3种材料的相容性。将3种不同绝缘组合在100℃真空条件下进行3 d、6 d、12 d、24 d和35 d老化,然后对老化后的植物绝缘油样品进行介质损耗和酸值测试。结果表明:以菜籽油为原料精炼得到的绝缘油样品与选取的3种固体材料相容性良好。
Based on the insulating oil refined from rapesee d oil, the compatibility between insulating oil and magnet wire, insulating pressboard and silicon steel sheet was analyzed. Then three kinds of insulat-ed combination were aged for 3 d, 6 d, 12 d, 24 d and 35 d respectively at 100℃ under vacuum, and the dielectric loss and acid value of the aged insulating oil were tested. The results show that the compatibili-ty between insulating oil and the experimental materials are good.
