酯类绝缘液再填充矿物油变压器研究综述

摘要 本文首先介绍酯类绝缘液再填充矿物绝缘油变压器技术的发展历史与代表性案例,梳理目前国内外对酯类绝缘液再填充变压器的酯类绝缘液性能评估的相关研究进展;结合温度场和电场计算结果分析酯类绝缘液再填充前后变压器温升与绝缘特性的变化规律;给出再填充工艺流程等的技术规范;并进一步讨论酯类绝缘液再填充对矿物绝缘油变压器油纸绝缘寿命与耐过载能力的影响;最后对酯类绝缘液再填充变压器挂网运行状态监测案例进行汇总,对运行维护中溶解气体分析(DGA)的方法进行了讨论。 This paper first introduced the historical development and representative cases of retrofilling mineral insulating oil transformers technology with ester-based insulating liquids,and sorted out the current research progress at home and abroad on performance evaluation of ester-based insulating liquids in retrofilled transformers.Combined with the calculation results of temperature field and electric field,the change laws of transformer temperature rise and insulation characteristics of transformer before and after retrofilling of ester insulating liquid were analyzed.Technical specifications for retrofilling processes were introduced.The effects of refilling ester insulating liquid on the oil-paper insulation life and overload resistance of mineral insulating oil transfomer were further discussed.Finally,the cases of monitoring the grid-connected operation status of transformers filled with ester insulating liquid were summarized,and the methods of dissolved gas analysis(DGA)in operation and maintenance were discussed.
