摘要
酯类绝缘液如天然酯、合成酯等具有高燃点、环境友好等优点,使用酯类绝缘液对矿物油变压器中进行再填充能够提高变压器的防火性能、环保性能。本文开展了酯类绝缘液再填充10 kV配电变压器的温升试验及耐过载实验,以两台已服役近20年的矿物油变压器A和变压器B为实验对象,使用酯类绝缘液对变压器进行再填充,并通过比较再填充前后变压器达到温度限值的时间,研究酯类绝缘液再填充对变压器耐过载能力的影响。结果表明:在标准温升试验中,合成酯再填充使矿物油变压器A的顶层油温升降低5.1 K,高压绕组温升降低1.8 K,低压绕组温升升高4.4 K。天然酯再填充使矿物油变压器B的顶层油温升升高1.2 K,高压绕组温升升高1.7 K,低压绕组温升升高0.1 K。在耐过载实验中,合成酯再填充使矿物油变压器A在正常周期性负载、长期急救负载的过载运行时间分别提升了191.7%、16.7%。天然酯再填充使矿物油变压器B在正常周期性负载下的过载运行时间提升了98.3%。
Ester-based insulating liquids such as natural esters and synthetic esters have the advantages of high fire point and environmental friendliness,using the ester-based insulating liquids for retrofilling mineral oil transformers can improve the fireproof performance and environmental performance of the transformer.In this paper,temperature rise tests and overload tests of 10 kV distribution transformers retrofilled with ester-based insulating liquids were carried out.Two mineral oil transformers A and B,which have been in service for nearly 20 years,were retrofilled with ester-based insulating liquids.By comparing the time for the transformers to reach the temperature limits before and after the retrofilling,the effect of ester-based insulating liquid retrofilling on the overload capability of the transformers were studied.The results show that in the standard temperature rise test,the retrofilling of the synthetic ester in the mineral oil transformer A causes a 5.1 K lower top-oil temperature rise,a 1.8 K lower high voltage winding temperature rise,and a 4.4 K higher low voltage winding temperature rise.The retrofilling of the natural ester in the mineral oil transformer B causes a 1.2 K higher top-oil temperature rise,a 1.7 K higher high voltage winding temperature rise,and a 0.1 K higher low voltage winding temperature rise.In the overload tests,the retrofilling of the synthetic ester in the mineral oil transformer A causes an improved overload runtime of 191.7%and 16.7%under normal cyclic loads and long term emergency loads,respectively.The overload runtime of the natural ester retrofilled transformer B improves by 105.2%under normal cyclic loads.
