B_(12)菌体蛋白替代鱼粉对虹鳟生长性能、饲料利用、血浆生化指标和抗氧化性能的影响

Effects of Replacing Fish Meal with B_(12) Bacterial Protein Meal on Growth Performance,Feed Utilization,Plasma Biochemical Indices and Antioxidant Capacity of Rainbow Trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)

摘要 为研究B_(12)菌体蛋白替代饲料中的鱼粉对虹鳟的生长性能、饲料利用、血浆生化指标和抗氧化性能的影响,以初始体重为(34.03±0.03) g的虹鳟作为试验对象,进行了8周的饲喂试验。试验设置6组等氮等脂的试验饲料,分别添加0、3%、6%、12%、18%和24%的B_(12)菌体蛋白替代饲料中0(B0,对照组)、6.25%(B1组)、12.5%(B2组)、25%(B3组)、37.5%(B4组)和50%(B5组)白鱼粉。结果显示:与B0组相比,B1、B2、B3、B4组的增重率和特定生长率无显著差异(P>0.05),但B5组显著下降(P<0.05);此外,各替代组的饲料系数、肥满度、脏体比和肝体比与B0组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),各替代组的血浆中三酰甘油、总胆汁酸和总胆固醇含量,谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性均未受到显著影响(P>0.05);而各替代组虹鳟血浆中的丙二醛含量与B0组相比显著降低(P<0.05);血浆和肝脏的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,B_(12)菌体蛋白是一种优质的鱼粉替代蛋白质原料,在饲料中可以添加3%~18%的B_(12)菌体蛋白替代鱼粉,不会影响虹鳟的生长性能、饲料利用能力、形体指标、血浆生化指标以及抗氧化性能,并且在缓解氧化应激损伤方面有一定作用。对增重率进行回归分析,本试验条件下虹鳟饲料中B_(12)菌体蛋白的最适添加量为7.62%。 In order to study the effects of substituting B_(12) bacterial protein replacement for fish meal on growth performance,feed utilization,plasma biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss),a 8-weeks feeding trial was conducted with rainbow trout[mean initial weight(34.03±0.03)g].Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic experimental diets were formulated with 0,3%,6%,12%,18%and 24%B_(12) bacterial protein to replace 0(B0,the control group),6.25%(B1),12.5%(B2),25%(B3),37.5%(B4)and 50%(B5)white fishmeal,respectively.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of B1,B2,B3,B4 group had no significant differences with the control group B0(P>0.05),but significantly decreased in B5(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in feed conversion ratio,condition factor,viscerosomatic index and hepatosomatic index among replacement groups compared with control group(P>0.05).Plasma biochemical indexes included triglyceride,total bile acid and total cho-lesterol content,aspartate and pyruvic transami-nase activities were not significantly affected(P>0.05).The plasma malondialdehyde content of rainbow trout in the replacement groups were sig-nificantly lower than that in B0(P<0.05),other antioxidant indexes of plasma and hepatopancreas including total antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities were not significantly different(P>0.05).In conclusion,3%-18%of B_(12) bacterial protein can be added in trout diet without negative effect on growth performance,feed utilization,physical indexes,plasma biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity,and B_(12) bacterial protein plays a cer-tain role in alleviating oxidative stress damage of rainbow trout.This study confirmed that B_(12) bacterial pro-tein is a high-quality fish meal substitution.According to the regression analysis of weight gain,the optimal supplemental amount of B_(12) bacterial protein in rainbow trout diet under this trial condition is 7.62%.
