摘要
研究通过山羊饲喂试验,设置了仅饲喂基础日粮(CK)、饲喂基础日粮的基础上分别补饲Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号和Ⅲ号植物盐舔砖4个处理,系统探究了补饲不同配方植物盐舔砖对山羊生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响。结果表明:补饲植物盐舔砖后,山羊饮水和排便正常,被毛平整、毛色光亮,总增胸围显著增加了23.12%~31.94%;相较CK,补饲植物盐舔砖处理的血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著提高;补饲Ⅱ号和Ⅲ号舔砖能显著提高血清中Mn、Se、Zn的含量,总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),同时显著降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;补饲Ⅱ号和Ⅲ号舔砖处理的IgA含量显著高于CK,其中补饲Ⅱ号舔砖处理的IgA和IgG含量最高。总体而言,Ⅱ号和Ⅲ号舔砖均表现出良好的应用效果,经成本效益分析,推荐补饲Ⅱ号舔砖。
This study investigated the effects of feeding salt-tolerant plant lick block(formulationsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ)in addition to the basal diet(CK)on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant capacity,and immune functions of goats.The results showed that the goats fed with salt-tolerant plant lick block demonstrated normal water intake and defecation,smooth hair,and a bright hair color,with the total chest circumference significantly increasing by 23.12%-31.94%.Compared with CK,feeding salt-tolerant plant lick block significantly increased the content of total protein and albumin in the serum.GroupsⅡandⅢshowed significant increases in the content of Mn,Se,and Zn,the activities of total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase,and total antioxidant capacity and a significant decrease in the content of malondialdehyde in the serum.The IgA levels in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in CK,and the IgA and IgG levels reached the highest in groupⅡ.In conclusion,both salt-tolerant plant lick block formulationsⅡandⅢdemonstrated good application effects.Considering cost-effectiveness,the salt-tolerant plant lick block formulationⅡis recommended as a dietary supplement for goats.
