摘要
基于建构主义学习理论研发“情境-行动”式创业课程体系具有现实必要性和理论创新性。该体系结合“实际情境”“协作会话”“学生行动”“教师引导”“环境资源”等建构主义学习理论的核心观点要素,精准定位现有创业课程体系的困境并实现靶向突破。基于情境、问题、行动三大框架构建“七步法”情景化教学流程以实现课堂教学范式革新,制定倾听、区分、发问、回应的“四能力”教练式师资标准实现授课师资队伍变革,研发引导学生自主分析、自主探索、自主总结的“三自主”行动型教学资源以实现课程内容资源创新,最终形成“情境-行动”式创业课程体系,实现以学生为中心的对创业知识的自主意义建构。
Developing a“context-action-based”entrepreneurship curriculum system based on constructivist learning theory is both practically necessary and theoretically innovative.This system integrates core elements of constructivist learning theory,including“real-world contexts”,“collaborative dialogue”,“student action”,“teacher guidance”,and“environmental resources”,to precisely identify the challenges of existing entrepreneurship curriculum systems and achieve targeted breakthroughs.By constructing a“seven-step”scenario-based teaching process framework centered on“context”,“problems”,and“action”,the system innovates classroom teaching paradigms.It establishes“four-capability”coaching-style faculty standards—listening,distinguishing,questioning,and responding—to transform the teaching faculty.It develops“three-self”action-oriented teaching resources that guide students in self-analysis,self-exploration,and self-summary,thereby innovating course content resources.Ultimately forming a“context-action-based”entrepreneurship course system,enabling students to construct the meaning of entrepreneurship knowledge autonomously.
