摘要
目的:探索维生素D_(2)注射液联合夹脊穴排刺治疗老年性骨质疏松症(OP)所致寒湿型腰痛的临床效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年7月赣南医科大学第三附属医院收治的102例老年性OP所致寒湿型腰疼患者,采用抽签法随机分为对照组(夹脊穴排刺,n=51)与治疗组(维生素D_(2)注射液联合夹脊穴排刺,n=51)。比较两组临床疗效、骨密度、骨代谢标志物、腰背疼痛程度和日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果:治疗组(96.08%)总有效率高于对照组(74.51%)(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组骨代谢标志物水平、Barthel指数高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素D_(2)注射液联合夹脊穴排刺治疗老年性OP所致腰痛患者临床效果显著,不仅能提高骨密度,改善骨代谢标志物水平,还能缓解疼痛,改善ADL。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Vitamin D_(2) Injection combined with Jiaji point row acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness type low back pain caused by senile osteoporosis(OP).Method:A total of 102 patients with cold-dampness type low back pain caused by senile OP who admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group(Jiaji point row acupuncture,n=51)and the treatment group(Vitamin D_(2) Injection combined with Jiaji point row acupuncture,n=51)by drawing lots.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density,bone metabolic markers,degree of low back pain and activities of daily living(ADL)were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.08%)was higher than that of the control group(74.51%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of bone mineral density,Barthel index in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Vitamin D_(2) Injection combined with Jiaji point row acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cold-dampness type low back pain caused by senile OP is significant,it can not only improve bone mineral density,improve the level of bone metabolic markers,but also relieve pain and improve ADL.
