Osteoporosis refers to the loss of bone mass,bone mineral density,and abnormal bone microstructure,which is common in elderly and menopausal women.Low back pain and increased bone fragility are typical manifestations of osteoporosis,which increase the risk of pathological fracture.In modern society,osteoporosis has become a common health problem,which poses a serious threat to the quality of life and health of people around the world.Especially in the context of aging,senile osteoporosis has become an increasingly prominent health problem.Osteoporosis,as a bone related disease worldwide,and bone nerve regulation are also key clinical concerns.The sympathetic nervous system also plays an important role in the process of bone metabolism.Understanding the relationship between the sympathetic nervous system,bone metabolism,and osteoporosis can help with clinical treatment and promote patient prognosis improvement.Understanding the mechanism by which the sympathetic nervous system participates in osteoporosis,the molecular mechanisms by which it affects osteoporosis,and its role in the formation of various osteoporosis disorders can aid in the subsequent clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
