摘要
目的 探讨小针刀联合肌肉力量训练对气滞血瘀型腰痛患者腰椎功能、疼痛程度及功能障碍程度的影响。方法 选取2022年7月至2024年1月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的80例气滞血瘀型腰痛患者作为研究对象,按照抛硬币法分为对照组、试验组,各40例。对照组采用小针刀治疗,试验组采用小针刀联合肌肉力量训练。两组均连续治疗30 d。比较两组治疗前后的腰椎功能[采用日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎功能量表评估]、疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估]、功能障碍程度[采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评估]。结果 治疗前,两组JOA、VAS、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,试验组JOA评分高于对照组,VAS、ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小针刀联合肌肉力量训练治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛患者的效果优于单一小针刀治疗,可明显改善患者的腰椎功能,降低疼痛程度和功能障碍程度。
Objective To explore the effects of small needle knife combined with muscle strength training on lumbar spine function,and degree of pain and dysfunction in patients with lower back pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods With the selection of eighty patients with lower back pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to the Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to January 2024 as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,according to the coin method,with 40 cases in each group.With the use of small needle knife treatment in the control group and small needle knife combined with muscle strength training in the experimental group,both groups were treated continuously for 30 days.The lumbar spine function[evaluated by using the Japanese Orthopaedic association(JOA)lumbar function scale],degree of pain[evaluated by using visual analog scale(VAS)],and degree of dysfunction[evaluated by using Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in JOA,VAS and ODI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After 30 days of treatment,the JOA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS and ODI scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of small needle knife combined with muscle strength training in the treatment of patients with lower back pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis is better than that of single small needle knife treatment,which can significantly improve the lumbar function of patients,and reduce the degree of pain and dysfunction.
