摘要
目的:应用数据挖掘方法,分析中医药治疗下肢静脉性溃疡(VLU)的用药规律。方法:检索中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中文科技期刊数据库(重庆维普)从建库至2024年1月31日中医药治疗VLU的临床文献,应用数据分析软件对药物进行频率分析及聚类分析等。结果:共纳入文献175篇,中药195味,药物使用频次2766次。频率较高的前5味中药为当归、黄芪、甘草、黄柏、茯苓;药性涉及寒、凉、平、温;药味包括甘、淡、苦、辛;归经以肝、心、脾为主。主要功效类别为活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、补气药,聚类分析得出4个聚类方。结论:当归、黄芪可能是治疗VLU的关键药物,益气活血法是治疗VLU的主要治疗方法。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lower extremity venous ulcer(VLU)by data mining.Methods:The clinical literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of VLU from the establishment of WanFang,CNKI,SinoMed and VIP to January 31,2024 were retrieved.The frequency analysis and cluster analysis of drugs were carried out by data analysis software.Results:This study included 175 articles,195 types of traditional Chinese medicines,and 2766 times of frequency in total.Five traditional Chinese medicines with high frequency were Angelica,Astragalus,Licorice,Phellodendron and Poria cocos.The medicinal properties involve cold,cool,flat and warm;the medicinal flavors include sweet,light,bitter and pungent;channel tropism is mainly liver,heart and spleen.The main efficacy categories were blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,water-dispelling and dampness-percolating drugs,and Qi-tonifying drugs.Four clustering prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Angelica and Astragalus may be the key drugs for the treatment of VLU,and reinforcing qi activating blood is the main treatment method for VLU.
