摘要
参苓白术散源自《太平惠民和剂局方》,主要功效为补脾胃,益肺气。为探究参苓白术散干预下犊牛生长性能的变化,试验选取出生后3~5 d、平均出生重在(41.00±1.55) kg的健康犊牛20头,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛。饲养15 d后,干预组犊牛在16~30、31~45、46~60 d按照0.01、0.02、0.03 kg/d在日粮中添加参苓白术散,对照组犊牛仅饲喂基础日粮。每日观察犊牛健康状况,在试验第1、16、31、61天测定犊牛体重、体高、体斜长、胸围,计算平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)。结果表明:与对照组相比,干预组犊牛在试验31~45 d和46~60 d的ADG分别显著提高15.0%(P<0.05)和17.4%(P<0.05),F/G分别显著降低24.7%(P<0.05)和26.1%(P<0.05),体高、体斜长和胸围均显著增大(P<0.05)。上述研究结果表明,参苓白术散干预可显著降低犊牛F/G、提升ADG和促进生长发育。
Shenling Baizhu San(SLBZS),originating from Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang,is primarily used to invigorate the spleen and stomach and supplement lung qi.To investigate the effects of SLBZS intervention on the growth performance of calves,an experiment was conducted using 20 healthy calves,aged 3-5 days postpartum with an average birth weight of(41.00±1.55)kg.The calves were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 replicates per group and one calf per replicate.After 15 days of acclimation,calves in the intervention group were administered SLBZS once daily at doses of 0.01,0.02 kg/d and 0.03 kg/d during the periods of 16-30,31-45 days and 46-60 days,respectively,by incorporating it into their diets,calves in the control group were fed only a basal diet.The health status of the calves was monitored daily.Body weight,withers height,body length,and heart girth were measured on days 1,16,31 and 61 of the experiment.The average daily gain(ADG)and feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)were calculated.The results indicated that,compared with the control group,calves in the intervention group exhibited significant increases in ADG by 15.0%(P<0.05)and 17.4%(P<0.05)during the 31-45-day and 46-60-day periods,respectively.Additionally,the F/G ratios were reduced by 24.7%(P<0.05)and 26.1%(P<0.05)during these periods.Moreover,withers height,body length,and heart girth were greater in the intervention group.These findings suggest that SLBZS intervention can significantly reduce the F/G ratio,enhance ADG,and promote the growth and development of calves.
