摘要
党参是传统的补益类中药材,其化学成分丰富,包括多糖、黄酮类、炔类、木脂素类及一些其他类化合物。产地、品种和采收时期是影响中药材品质的重要因素,党参的产地与品种众多,品质差异较大。通过查阅文献,对近年来不同产地、不同品种及不同采收时期的党参外观性状、指纹图谱和各化学成分含量等方面的研究展开综述,为进一步研究党参的道地性、确定党参药材的最佳采收期以及保证党参的优质生产提供参考。
Codonopsis Radix is a tonic traditional Chinese medicine.It is rich in chemical components,including polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkynes,lignans and some other classes of compounds.Producing area,variety,and harvest period are important factors affecting the quality of Chinese herbal medicine.There are many producing areas and varieties of Codonopsis Radix,and their quality varies greatly.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the research on the appearance characteristics,fingerprint and chemical composition contents of Codonopsis Radix in different producing areas,varieties,and harvest periods in recent years,which can provide a reference for further study on the formation of the authenticity of Codonopsis Radix,the determination of the best harvest period of Codonopsis Radix and the assurance of high-quality production of Codonopsis Radix.
