单桩静载试验模拟桩法在基坑斜向劲性桩中的应用

摘要 南京某工程,基坑围护采用了自稳式支护结构,即高压旋喷桩中插入H型钢的斜向劲性桩,代替传统的内支撑体系。受工艺影响,其施工和检测难度较大,为快速有效的验证斜向劲性桩工艺在此类地层中的适用性,并确定其单桩极限承载力,采用了模拟桩的形式进行单桩静载试验。现场基本试验的模拟桩数量为4根,采用单桩竖向抗压静载试验,以接近于基桩实际工作条件,试验结果表明,桩的承载力均满足设计要求。且根据现场实施条件及监测数据,斜向劲性桩受力状况良好,基坑运营正常。 In a project in Nanjing,the foundation pit support adopts a self-stabilizing support structure,that is,the inclined rigid pile with H-shaped steel inserted in the high-pressure jet grouting pile,instead of the traditional internal support system.Due to the influence of the process,its construction and detection are difficult.In order to quickly and effectively verify the applicability of the inclined rigid pile process in such strata and determine the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile,the static load test of single pile was carried out in the form of simulated pile.The number of simulated piles in the basic field test is 4.The vertical compressive static load test of single pile was adopted to approach the actual working conditions of the pile.The test results show that the bearing capacity of the pile meets the design requirements.According to the on-site implementation conditions and monitoring data,the inclined rigid pile is in good condition and the foundation pit is operating normally.
