施工流程对深基坑支撑体系中栈桥板应力的影响研究

摘要 以某总部基地的深基坑工程为研究对象,采用MIDAS GTS NX软件构建了三维数值模型,利用现场监测数据从地下连续墙水平位移、坑周地表沉降、支撑轴力三个方面进行分析,数据结果吻合良好,验证了数值模型的有效性.在此基础上,模拟了由不同开挖方向和不同开挖流程组合形成的四种开挖方案,探讨了施工流程对栈桥板应力演变的影响.结果表明,开挖方向和开挖流程会影响栈桥板上不同位置节点的应力发展过程和幅值,成果可为类似深基坑支护体系的设计提供技术参考. This paper takes the deep foundation pit engineering of a headquarters base as the research object,uses MIDAS GTS NX software to build a three-dimensional numerical model,and verifies the effectiveness of the numerical model from three aspects:horizontal displacement of the underground diaphragm wall,surface settlement around the pit and supporting axial force by using the field monitoring data.On this basis,four excavation schemes formed by different excavation directions and different excavation flow combinations are simulated,and the influence of construction flow on stress evolution of trestle plate is discussed.The results show that the direction of excavation and the process of excavation will affect the stress development process and amplitude of the joints at different positions on the trestle slab.The results of this paper can provide technical reference for the design of similar deep foundation pit supporting system.
